Today was a good day. I woke up to find my mom out in the yard working (she was planting) . When she
was done with that we went to eat at I'm not clear on how to spell it but I think you will know what I mean
"kholache factory" I dont know if I spelled that right but thats beside the point. After that we went to get
some grain and while we were there my mom bought a bread thingy I don't know what it does it just helps
her make bread( for $400) to find that she didn't do it right and wasted a bunch of money. Thats pretty much all.

To be clear, the bread "thingy" was the Bosch mixer, and Ipit works fine, I just need to "knead" more, I think. Still getting the hang of bread making. It was a whole day of making bread that did not turn out as expected. There is definitely an art to it!
